We’re looking for a Yardi Application Support Specialist who will serve as the primary point of contact for Yardi software users across the company. In this role, you’ll provide troubleshooting, support, and training to ensure teams can effectively use the platform, while also contributing to process improvements and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with Office 365 and able to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to support users with varying levels of technical proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi applications and accounting functions such as General Ledger or Accounts Payable.
  • Knowledge of property management or multi-family real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for Yardi users, resolving issues related to resident ledgers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, RentCafe, and Yardi Voyager.
  • Guide users through system functionality, best practices, and system navigation.
  • Create training materials and lead user training sessions.
  • Identify support trends, maintain internal documentation, and support system updates and change management efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve business processes and system efficiency.
