We are currently searching for a Senior Yardi Support Specialist to work remotely. POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Yardi Systems Specialist / Helpdesk Lead is responsible for leading the support and technical administration of the organization’s Yardi ecosystem while providing advanced troubleshooting and development expertise. This role combines helpdesk leadership with deep technical capability in Yardi Voyager 7S and Voyager 8 (Elevate), including custom report development, SQL scripting, and system configuration. The position serves as the escalation point for complex Yardi issues and works closely with property management, accounting, and IT teams to ensure system performance, data integrity, and user adoption. This role also emphasizes a collaborative leadership style with a compassionate desire to help others learn, grow, and succeed. The ideal candidate demonstrates a willingness to mentor team members, share knowledge, and support the professional development of helpdesk and systems support staff.
