About The Position

Pape Material Handling, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Yard/Utility Person in Pasco, Washington. The role helps keep the yard and equipment organized, clean, and ready for customers. Daily work includes checking in equipment, steam cleaning, washing and fueling equipment, performing light mechanical work, and shipping and receiving. The position offers training, support, and potential for advancement within the store. The job requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and successfully passing a pre-employment drug test.

Requirements

• Self-starter who can work without direct supervision.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to frequently lift and move 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment check-ins.
• Steam clean and wash equipment.
• Fuel equipment.
• Perform light mechanical work.
• Ship and receive equipment and other items.
• Help keep the yard and equipment organized, clean, and ready for customers.
