Requirements

Dependable transportation
Ability to follow verbal and written instruction
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Ability to start work at 6 AM, or earlier
Work flexible hours, overtime, and Saturdays
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Loader and/or forklift experience
Precast experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English

Responsibilities

Shoveling material and sweeping around the plant.
Hosing down the yard.
Driving forklift, backhoe, or loader to move rock into bins for the conveyor.
Keeping reclaim ponds clean to ensure continuous truck unloading.
Assisting mechanics with plant repairs.
Moving or loading material from one location to another using heavy-duty equipment.
Performing landscaping duties such as weeding and raking.
Emptying bins and garbage from the main office or plants.
Cutting, bending, and welding rebar.
Pouring and finishing concrete septic tanks into forms and other various concrete precast items.
Assembling plastic septic tanks and/or pulling related parts for customer orders.
