About The Position

RCI Aggregates (an affiliate of Park Paving Ltd.) recycles concrete and asphalt rubble for resale in the greater Edmonton area. We are currently seeking a skilled Yard Loader Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience operating a loader and loading trucks
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Proficient with the operation of smartphone and tablet
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Customer oriented
Willing to work extended hours, outdoors in all weather conditions
Driving record free of major infractions
Must pass a medical/fitness exam

Responsibilities

Operate and manage all yard duties including but not limited to: Operating heavy equipment, including loader and excavator with breaker
Maintain equipment and schedule services regularly to ensure optimal performance
Load, scale and ticket material loaded onto trucks
Manage truck traffic and customer sales
Build and manage rubble stockpiles
Yard maintenance, up keep and security
Record keeping and reporting through Apps of all scale tickets, safety documents and equipment pre-trips
Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and guidelines
