About The Position

RCI Aggregates Ltd. (an affiliate of Park Paving Ltd.) is seeking an experienced Crushing Loader Operator to join our team. This is a full-time seasonal position that offers competitive wages and benefits. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that we meet production goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience operating loaders, preferably in a crushing or aggregate environment
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment maintenance
Able to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment
Willingness to work varying shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
Valid driver’s license
Strong drive to contribute to the team's success by working with operators and other crew members to perform a wide range of duties
Able to maintain a safety-minded and high accountability work culture while working with their direct supervisors, and other employees while maintaining a positive and respectful work environment
Driving record free of major infractions
Must pass a medical/fitness exam

Responsibilities

Operate front-end loaders to feed material into crusher systems
Maintain a constant flow of materials to the crusher while ensuring high production rates
Perform regular inspections of the equipment and report any maintenance issues
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all operations
Assist with general maintenance and repair of the crushing equipment
Understand and manage stockpile levels and material quality
Support other team members as required in various tasks around the site
