About The Position

Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, an employee-owned company providing portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. The Yard Laborer maintains quality, cleaning, and repair standards for Honey Bucket units and supports deliveries, servicing, pickups, and temporary fencing work. This is full-time, year-round work. The schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 6:00 AM, with some weekends.

Requirements

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a physical exam and pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work long hours in all weather conditions.

• Maintain quality, cleaning, and repair standards for all Honey Bucket units.
• Assist with deliveries, services, and pick-ups.

• Set up and dismantle temporary fences.
