About The Position

Join Honey Bucket, a division of Northwest Cascade, an employee-owned company providing portable restrooms, hand-washing stations, fencing, and storage containers. The Yard Laborer maintains, cleans, and repairs Honey Bucket units and helps with deliveries, services, pick-ups, and temporary fencing. This is full-time, year-round work with opportunities for overtime. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a possible change to 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. during summer months; overtime and weekend work may be expected.

Requirements

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 70 or more pounds and perform repetitive movements in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass a physical exam and pre-employment drug screen.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Willingness to work long hours in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality, cleaning, and repair standards for Honey Bucket units.
• Assist with deliveries, services, and pick-ups.
• Help repair units.
• Set up and dismantle temporary fences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Lift 75 or more pounds throughout the day.
