Yard Labor - Day shift
About The Position
The Logistics Utility Labor will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining and repairing company plastic containers and portable toilets. Candidate must have good communication skills, ability to get along with others, and be well organized. Work is performed outdoors, under close supervision. Maintain a clean work area at all times. End of work shift duties: Ensure wash bay is clean and organized. Requirements

- Punch in at the start of your scheduled shift
- Remain actively 100% engaged in all safety initiatives and comply with all company safety regulations
- Properly use tools and housekeeping resources (mop, broom, shovel, paint brush, etc)
- Ability to work in extreme hot/cold weather conditions
- Safeguard self with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) shoes, eye protection, facemask as necessary for task
- Entry level career level
- 1+ to 2 Years utility work experience
- Working outdoors experience
Responsibilities
- Move and/or locate equipment and materials
- Responsible for Pasco yard, Benton City Transfer and Prosser Transfer yard cleanliness.
- Assist in minor metal can repair and cleaning.
- Wash and clean plastic carts, plastic containers, metal containers, and portable toilets
- Prepare portable toilets for delivery
- Assist in performing minor repair to plastic carts, plastic containers and portable toilets
- Inspect finished projects
- Track and record all plastics that are washed daily. Typically, 50 plastic carts and 15 portable toilets daily.
- Ensure wash bay is clean and organized
