About The Position

Moves trailers to the correct location before and after loading and/or unloading. Transports full or empty trailers to or from receiving or shipping as directed by the trailer locator, applies seals to loaded trailers, and completes trailer movement logs and daily yard reports. The role requires meeting and maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. Work involves lifting up to 75 pounds; continuous walking, standing, and sitting, including walking long distances; exposure to hot and cold conditions, dust, and noise; and repetitive bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling.

Requirements

• Basic math and reading skills.
• Communication skills.
• Basic organizational skills.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform the physical activities described, including walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling.

Nice To Haves

• Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred.
• Experience in an automated retail distribution center preferred.
• Experience in a logistics environment preferred.
