About The Position

Meadow Gold Dairy in Great Falls, Montana, is hiring a Yard Hostler with a Class A CDL to work in a fast-paced warehouse. The role safely and efficiently operates shuttles to move trailers from the dock to the staging area and between loading dock doors, supporting shipping and receiving. Yard drivers also help team members as needed by loading trailers and performing other warehouse duties.

The schedule is Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM, for four 10-hour shifts per work week. Pay is up to $30.04 per hour, plus a $0.50-per-hour PM shift differential. Requirements

• Hold a valid Montana Class A CDL and medical card, or be able to obtain the medical card.
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass all pre-employment screenings, including drug, background, and criminal checks.
• Climb into and out of trucks and use stairs for most of the shift.
• Stand, walk, pull, push, reach, and bend virtually the entire shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, assist others with lifting when necessary, and manually stack and move cases up to 6–8 cases high.
• Work in a wet environment, in temperatures maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit, and outdoors in year-round temperatures.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Manual transmission endorsement preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
