About The Position

The Yard Helper supports the Operations and Maintenance Departments by performing general maintenance duties. The position is located at 1441 N. VIP Blvd., Casa Grande, Arizona.

The role involves keeping the yard and office clean and free of debris and hazards; washing and detailing trucks, vehicles, collection bins, and carts; and wire-brushing and painting bins. The Yard Helper also participates in external, departmental, and company-wide trainings to develop skills and improve service.

Requirements

• Knowledge of general practices and principles of custodial work.
• Knowledge of general practices and principles of truck washing and maintenance.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local job-site health and safety rules, regulations, and best practices.
• Maintain a positive attitude with coworkers.
• Proactively establish trust and credibility with coworkers by maintaining accountability.
• Promote inclusion, support, and collaboration among coworkers.
• Take initiative and self-manage time and productivity through multitasking.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience performing general labor is preferred.
• Experience in the resource recovery industry is a plus.
• Certifications are a plus.
