About The Position

Pinnacle Propane provides propane fuel and related equipment to residential, commercial, and wholesale customers, including the sale and lease of propane storage tanks. The Yard Hand works in the Operations department and supports yard and product handling activities. This role loads and unloads delivery and relay trucks, checks loaded products against orders and related documents, completes daily paperwork and inventory, operates a forklift to move products and materials to the correct areas, and routinely cleans the yard. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, prior experience in a light industrial environment, and good verbal and written communication skills. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift experience.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Prior experience in a light industrial environment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Load and unload delivery trucks.
Load relay trucks.
Review products loaded against the order, invoice, or requisition to ensure accuracy.
Complete daily paperwork as needed.
Complete daily inventory to ensure products remain stocked.
Operate a forklift to move products and materials throughout the yard and place them in the correct areas.
Perform routine yard cleanup.
