About The Position

We are seeking a Yard Hand/Helper for a fleet and equipment yard. The role involves general duties such as maintaining a clean workspace, organizing materials, and tracking inventory. Work is performed in shop and outdoor environments year-round, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and other harsh weather. This position is suited to individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in team settings, and prioritize safety and quality.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use technology such as iPads and tablets.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and stack objects up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to safely set and climb ladders.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability is preferred.
• Prior construction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash heavy equipment and work trucks.
• Inventory small tools, power equipment, and other supplies.
• Clear work areas of debris.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.
• Store materials properly to prevent damage or loss.
• Assist Foremen with equipment, materials, and tools.
• Perform various maintenance and repairs.
