About The Position
Swenson Granite Works currently has an opening for a Yard Foreman in their retail store at the Westbrook, ME location. The company is in the business of retail and contractor sales of granite and natural stone products used for masonry, landscaping, and building work.
Requirements
- Forklift experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading materials using a forklift.
- Assist customers in loading their vehicles and answer basic questions and guide them to a member of management to finalize sales.
- Collaborate with Assistant Manager and Customer Support Associate to ensure, maintained and organized the yard.
- Managing inventory.
- Follow the work standards, rules, methods, and procedures (quality, efficiency, and health & safety).
- Ensure that all forklifts are running and in proper working conditions.
- Any other duties as may be assigned.
