About The Position

This position is responsible for operating trucks and moving trailers in and out of loading areas while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. The work environment is fast paced and requires repetitive motion. Team members will furnish their own boots and must wear either steel or composite toe boots that conform to ANSI 75lbs or more PSI rating with a slip resistant sole that covers the ankles. Requirements

Valid State Driver's license and pass MVR Qualification.
6 Months Experience within the Last 12 Months.
Full range of motion of arms, wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, all digits, and legs.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time with a sense of balance.
May work with corrective lenses if vision problems.
Must pass post offer health assessment and drug screening for External.
No DUI/DWI Conviction within past 12 months.
Proficiency in reading and writing.
Ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and effectively communicate across all management levels.
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Composite toe preferred for boots.

Responsibilities

Operating trucks and moving trailers in and out of loading areas.
Maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Moving around the work area at a fast pace.
Bending, squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling up to (40) pounds.
Cleaning the lot and picking up trash throughout the shift and during downtime.
Standing, walking, and climbing up and down from yard shuttle vehicles up to 100% of the time.
Performing other job duties as part of the routine at certain times.
