About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Yard Driver for our 3rd shift operations in Troy, Ohio. This role is crucial for maintaining a positive and productive work atmosphere, emphasizing teamwork. The driver will be responsible for operating a yard truck to manage the delivery, pickup, and relocation of products and materials, including maneuvering trailers in tight spaces and positioning them at docks.

Requirements

Must have a Class A CDL license
Must have tractor trailer and backing experience
Must be able to back trailers in and out of receiving areas
Must be able to position a trailer in the dock, assuring obstacle clearance, open/secure trailer doors
Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle items and or feel
Reach with hands and arms
Regularly lift and or move up to 30 pounds and occasionally move 50 pounds
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
Yard jockey experience: 1 year (Required)
CDL A (Required)
