About The Position

The Yard Coordinator works across multiple departments to ensure customers receive quality service for equipment rentals, new and used equipment purchases, and service repairs. The role involves operating and inspecting machines, performing minor repairs and maintenance, organizing equipment displays and storage areas, serving customers, conducting inventory counts, and preparing and cleaning equipment. Travel may be required for training or to assist at other locations.

This is an active, hands-on role in an outdoor yard and equipment environment, with some work indoors in warehouse areas that may not be climate-controlled. The position involves exposure to changing weather, fuels and cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise. Candidates must be able to perform the essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Final candidates receive a conditional offer contingent on completing applicable post-offer pre-employment steps. These may include drug and alcohol screening, a criminal background check, an MVR review where applicable, and a job-related physical assessment. Screenings are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and business necessity.

Requirements

• Basic maintenance experience with various types of equipment.
• Familiarity with equipment usage and how equipment is operated.
• Ability to work successfully in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to drive and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to perform the essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation, including the listed physical and visual tasks.

Responsibilities
