About The Position

The Yacht Club Associate plays an important role in our community by assisting homeowners and guests so they can enjoy the facilities to the fullest. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.

Requirements

• Customer service / hospitality experience
• Professional communication, appearance, and behavior
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as scheduled
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver�s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits.
• Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in residents and guests
• Directing guests to one of the Residents Clubs to acquire a guest pass
• Facilitating the rental of sailboats, kayaks, canoes, and paddleboats
• Extending the highest level of service
• Tactfully enforcing rules and regulations
• Sharing community information
