About The Position

To serve our membership with the utmost hospitality while exceeding expectations and upholding a level of service that meets club standards. This person will anticipate the needs of our members and fulfill all their requests to the best of their ability, while delivering excellent customer service, and creating a memorable experience.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all menus (dinner, lunch, cocktail, dessert, wine)
• Extensive beverage knowledge of liquor, wine and beer
• Knowledge and correct use of Jonas POS system
• Ability to accurately charge members for correct items
• Ability to keep glassware polished at all times
• Ability to complete all side work associated with the bar
• Attention to personal hygiene based on club standards
• Detail-oriented, keeping the bar clean and free from debris
• Ability to ensure product is fresh and current (fruit garnishes, syrups, etc.)
• Ability to keep liquor bottles organized and clean
• Ability to keep all areas stocked and prepared for easy access
• Ability to keep bar stools organized
• Ability to be creative with cocktails tailored to member needs
• Ability to recommend beverages based on food pairing
• Ability to take initiative with bar set up and par systems
• Ability to track spills on the spill sheet
• Ability to accurately take inventory of product at the bar
• Ability to keep appropriate and professional conversation with members at the bar
