The XTANDI HCP and Patient Marketing Lead role is a critical member of the U.S. Brand team, leading Astellas’ flagship prostate cancer business. This team leader is responsible for all HCP and Consumer Marketing efforts, in collaboration with functional partners, internal/external stakeholders (i.e. Pfizer co-promote partnering teams, Global Value Delivery teams, Sales, Insights & Analytics, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory and Agency partners). This position requires high proficiency in Leadership, Strategic Thinking, People Management/Coaching, and high competency in Collaboration and verbal/written Communication. The role involves managing 5 direct reports. High level responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating 3-year strategic brand plans, overseeing and guiding commercial tactical plans across HCP and Consumer Marketing, new product launch planning, and identifying insights and opportunities that drive product awareness, utilization and growth.
