X-Ray Technician (Part-Time)
About The Position
Bethany Medical, a large independently owned multi-specialty group in Central North Carolina, is seeking a Weekend X-Ray Tech to join their team. This is an every-other-weekend (Saturday and Sunday) position. The X-Ray Technician will work closely with Providers and patients to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction. The role involves explaining procedures, preparing equipment and examination spaces, positioning patients, monitoring patients during exams, and ensuring patient safety. The position also requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with management, staff, and patients is essential.
Requirements
- Must possess excellent documentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Certificate of completion from a radiography tech-accredited program.
- 1+ years of experience in Family Practice, Neurology, Pain Management, and Internal Medicine is preferred.
- Experience with Allscripts Pro Suite is a plus.
Responsibilities
