X-Ray/Ct Tech- $5,000 Sign On Bonus- Wep
About The Position
This position is for an X-Ray/CT Tech with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 19:30. The role requires a graduate of a program for Radiologic Technologist, ARRT registered or eligible, and Iowa licensure (Permit to Practice). The candidate must be registered to take certification boards in at least one specialty area within six months of completion of classes and/or acceptable clinical hours and exams. Previous hospital experience is preferred. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Heart Code BLS is required, with new employees needing to certify within three months of hire. The role demands the ability to read and communicate effectively in English, a high degree of empathetic listening, tact, and kindness, and strong verbal communication skills. The ability to work effectively as a team member is essential. Strong RIS and PACS computer knowledge is required, along with technical skills associated with the duties of the position. Competence in all assigned areas is necessary. The candidate must be willing to complete further radiographic education or certification as required by the department and demonstrate leadership and effective communication skills.
Requirements
