About The Position
The Wrestling Girls Assistant Coach works with and takes direction from the Wrestling Girls Head Coach. This is a stipend position during the sport season, with a time commitment of 2 or more hours per day, 6 days per week. The stipend is set by the Faculty Senate contract; the posting lists a level 3 stipend at .50 FTE of $3,837.89 at entry level. The position is classified as exempt.
Requirements
- Illinois Professional Educators License or ASEP Coaching Certification.
- Knowledge of the sport.
- Experience in coaching.
- Ability to work 2 or more hours per day, 6 days per week throughout the sport season.
- High school coaching experience in distance training.
Responsibilities
- Work with and take direction from the Wrestling Girls Head Coach.
