About The Position

The Girls' Assistant Varsity Wrestling Coach supports the wrestling program and coaching staff. Under the direction of the head coach, the coach works with individual players and groups of players and helps plan for their needs. The role may also assist the head coach with email, social media, and group communications as needed. Driving school vans to assist with transportation is preferred.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Flexible schedule.
• Personable and able to understand and work with all kids.
• Coaching experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

• Willingness to drive school vans to assist with transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the wrestling program and coaching staff and contribute as a teammate.
• Work with and plan for specific players and groups of players under the direction of the head coach.
• Assist the head coach with email, social media, and group communication as needed.
• Drive school vans to assist with transportation, if qualified and willing.
