About The Position

We’re hiring a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner who wants autonomy, schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to help build a growing New York territory. You’ll step into a clinical role focused on wound care across skilled nursing facilities. You’ll independently assess and manage wounds, perform debridement, collaborate with nursing teams, and develop trusted facility relationships.

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Meaningful wound care experience
• Perform debridement independently
• Comfortable rounding across skilled nursing facilities
• Communicate effectively with nurses and administrators
• Value autonomy, relationships, and long-term growth

Responsibilities

• Independently assess and manage wounds
• Perform debridement
• Collaborate with nursing teams
• Develop trusted facility relationships
• Independent rounding within a defined Bronx-area territory
