About The Position

We’re hiring a full-time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner who wants flexibility, clinical autonomy, strong income potential, and the opportunity to build a growing Long Island territory. You’ll step into a clinical role focused on wound management across skilled nursing facilities. You’ll independently assess and treat wounds, perform debridement, collaborate with nursing teams, and develop lasting facility relationships.

Requirements

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Meaningful wound care experience
• Perform debridement independently
• Comfortable rounding across skilled nursing facilities
• Communicate well with nurses and facility leadership
• Value flexibility, autonomy, and long-term growth
