Worship Leader
About The Position
Park Alliance Church in Fort Myers, Florida, is seeking a part-time Worship Leader to work closely with the lead pastor in prayerfully planning weekly services. The role focuses on glorifying God by exalting the name of Jesus and leading the congregation in worship. This is a bi-vocational position requiring 12–15 hours per week. The position may require licensing with The Christian & Missionary Alliance. Requirements
- A minimum of a college degree.
- Some experience leading worship.
- A personal commitment to faith and to loving and edifying the body of Christ.

Responsibilities
- Plan and lead worship practices and services.
- Communicate clearly with the worship team.
- Meet weekly with the lead pastor.
- Prepare Sunday presentations using ProPresenter.
- Prioritize a personal walk with the Lord and love and edify the body of Christ.
