About The Position

The Worship Leader Associate supports the Worship Ministry at The Church of Eleven22 by faithfully executing worship services, leading consistently at assigned campuses, and contributing to the health and development of worship teams. This role involves assisting the assigned campus worship leader, supporting worship services, rehearsals, and special events, and participating in the onboarding of new worship team members. The associate will also provide pastoral care to team members and support Central Worship ministries through administrative tasks, logistics, and maintaining Planning Center Online for their assigned campus. A key aspect of this role is contributing to a healthy, unified, gospel-centered worship culture by modeling humility, teachability, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Strong theological knowledge and ability to deliver gospel truths within worship services.
  • Instrumental proficiency - strong vocal, musicianship, and stage presence.
  • Skilled in organization, administration, and interpersonal relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Planning Center Online programs.
  • Demonstrated excellence as a worship leader with 2+ years of experience growing a worship ministry.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Strong proactive communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and utilize new computer software.
  • Demonstrates strong adaptability, able to effectively lead and support worship across multiple campuses, teams, and environments.
  • Builds trust quickly and works well with diverse leaders and serve staff teams.
  • Leads worship with strong musical skill and confidence across varying environments.
  • Executes with organization and attention to detail in preparation and services.
  • Models spiritual maturity and contributes to a healthy, unified worship culture.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through spiritual disciplines.
  • Assist the assigned campus worship leader by leading worship for services, rehearsals, and special events.
  • Support campus worship leadership in the planning and execution of worship services, rehearsals, gatherings, and special events.
  • Support the audition and onboarding process for new worship team members.
  • Walk alongside worship team members through encouragement, prayer, and consistent communication.
  • Update Planning Center resourcing in partnership with the Studio Team.
  • Provide administrative support for Central Worship ministries.
  • Coordinate logistics and execution for day-to-day ministry operations.
  • Maintain Planning Center Online administration for the assigned campus, including scheduling, building service plans, uploading resources, and confirming rosters.
  • Contribute to a healthy, unified, gospel-centered worship culture.
  • Be available for campus pastoral ministry and other ministry opportunities as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
