This role is for a Workstream Leader focused on COPA, responsible for program recovery and execution. The individual will take end-to-end ownership of a delayed and over-budget transformation program, with an immediate focus on UAT defect burn-down and schedule recovery. The role requires diagnosing root causes, managing a realistic recovery plan, and maintaining an adequate staffing model. The leader will also drive development, QA, and functional teams through build-test-fix cycles, manage UAT defect triage, and ensure fixes are integrated efficiently. Collaboration with offshore leads, support for off-hour calls and weekend cycles, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. The role also involves partnering with Cutover and Operational Readiness teams, ensuring UAT exit criteria align with go-live needs, and validating system readiness. Team leadership, coaching, and reinforcing a delivery culture are key aspects of this position.
