About The Position

Accenture’s SAP practice is a leader in building SAP solutions, transforming how businesses operate. The Automotive industry is undergoing significant transformation with the shift to electric and autonomous vehicles, volatile supply chains, and the need for internal efficiencies. SAP technologies, powered by cloud and AI, are crucial for these organizations, and Accenture leads in this space. We are expanding our SAP team with advisory skills to drive large-scale transformations for our clients. This role is for someone passionate about originating, selling, and delivering SAP-based Supply Chain Transformation projects. You will work with leading companies, driving innovation with SAP and Accenture Supply Chain solutions. The role thrives in a collaborative, digitally-driven, and innovation-led environment, valuing diversity of ideas and backgrounds. You will be a confident manager, staying ahead of SAP platform, industry, and Supply Chain trends, translating client goals into actionable outcomes. Requirements

Minimum of 7 years experience and proven technical and functional skills with SAP Manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Automotive clients.
Driving complex workshops and leading design decisions.
Leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live in the SAP Manufacturing / Supply Chain area.
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Automotive clients.
Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model.
Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs using SAP application and functional process expertise.
Engage with client executives on business challenges/trends and the value of SAP solutions.
Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases & roadmaps, including sales origination, proposal development, and client presentations.
Architect E2E solutions leveraging SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
Advise, design, and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices using SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
Lead small teams to achieve transformational roadmaps, working onsite with clients or within Accenture.
Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts.
