About The Position

CNO Financial Group is hiring a Worksite Intern to work alongside our B2B2C Sales Enablement team. The intern will analyze, experiment, and propose changes or enhancements to how Agents engage with Employers and Employees. This will be based on research, analysis, engagement data, segmentation, and in-market experiments to drive measurable metrics. The ideal candidate is highly interested in the intersection of Demand & Sales, Marketing, Content, and Systems, and will explore how to better utilize these systems to tell tailored stories at scale.

Requirements

Progress towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related discipline.
Status as a rising junior or rising senior, with approximate graduation dates of December 2027-June 2028.
Availability to work 40 hrs/week for 10-12 weeks during the summer.
Candidate location in Central or Eastern US time zone is preferred OR willingness to work Central or Eastern time zone business hours.
Must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
Company does not intend to sponsor work visas for this position or future full-time employment opportunities.

Nice To Haves

Prior internship experience.
HubSpot or other CRM experience.
Comfort with marketing data, marketing systems, and/or B2B sales or enablement environment.

Responsibilities

Create campaign briefs across prospective and existing B2B customers to assess effectiveness.
Define experiments to improve B2B2C engagement and scheduling rates by auditing segmentation, content, and workflow design.
Create industry-specific campaigns targeting emerging markets and make recommendations.
Review specific channel delivery and messaging to craft experiments that improve conversions and cross-sell opportunities.
Work with Marketing and Compliance partners to ensure adherence to regulatory and privacy rules.
Make recommendations on workflow design and data enrichment as avenues for improvement.
