About The Position

At Haulotte, a global leader in the design and manufacture of aerial work platforms, we are seeking a skilled Workshop Technician to play a vital role in ensuring our equipment meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety. This position is responsible for preparing new and used machines, diagnosing and repairing equipment, and performing testing and maintenance activities. Working in a fast-paced workshop environment, you will contribute to delivering reliable equipment solutions that support our customers' success while adhering to Quality, Cost, Time, Safety, and Environmental standards.

Requirements

Proficiency with job-specific tools and equipment, including torque tightening tools, diagnostic consoles, and related equipment.
Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems and repair techniques.
The ability to understand, follow, and apply all quality, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to the position and work environment.
An understanding of Haulotte product assembly techniques, process flow requirements, and associated constraints.
Knowledge of Haulotte product operation, characteristics, product ranges, parts, components, sub-assemblies, and related systems.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of aerial lifting equipment or similar heavy equipment/machinery.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Prepare machines received from the factory, including PDI and SMI units.
Load and unload machines onto and off trucks safely and efficiently.
Diagnose equipment faults, including hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and other system issues.
Perform required repairs and corrective maintenance on equipment.
Conduct equipment preparation, testing, and routine maintenance activities.
Provide regular and effective updates to your supervisor regarding work progress and equipment status.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
