MovePlanBoston, MA
$80,000 - $90,000Hybrid

About The Position

Join MovePlan and you’ll be part of a people-first business that’s been doing workplace change the right way since 1986. For 40 years, we’ve built a culture where people are supported to do their best work, grow fast, and take real ownership. You’ll have the chance to work across different industries, solve meaningful challenges, and build your career in a way that feels exciting—not boxed in. MovePlan is ambitious, supportive, and built for development. We’re also female owned and led, and diversity, equity and inclusion are part of who we are. We hire and reward based on performance and potential, and we welcome people from all backgrounds. We take care of our people with strong benefits, competitive time off, and flexible working —something we’ve done long before “hybrid working” became the norm. You’ll also have access to the right mentors, teams, and training to help you grow and thrive in a fast-paced highly mobile industry. You’ll support workplace change and relocation projects for MovePlan’s growing client base across financial services, media & tech, pharma & healthcare, education, and public services. Taking a consulting-led approach, you’ll partner with the other MovePlan staff to lead projects and support clients from startups to global multinationals to shape the right strategy and deliver projects that are grounded in industry best practices. You’ll lead projects across various stages, including stepping into active projects and helping to prepare project set up activities for new initiatives. You’ll work in a hybrid capacity, balancing on-site requirements with work from home opportunities along with the occasional need to travel within and outside of this region. You’ll be part of a team of MovePlan individuals who are committed to delivering high quality, value-added services and outputs to our clients. You’ll support business growth by creating meaningful relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for new accounts.
