Workplace Operations Partner

FundAppsNew York, NY
$90,000 - $100,000Hybrid

About The Position

We're looking for a Workplace Operations Partner to join our global People team and be our People and Operations presence on the ground in New York, with a broad remit across Workplace Operations, People Partnering and local Finance Operations. You'll work closely with our global People Success and Finance teams, supporting employees and managers, keeping our New York workplace running brilliantly and taking ownership of the practical Finance activities that need someone locally to make them happen. You'll also become a key point of contact for our New York team, building deep knowledge of US employment practices and local ways of working to help shape how we operate in the US. FundApps gives people a lot of trust and autonomy. You'll have the backing of experienced global People and Finance teams, alongside the space to make decisions, improve things and have a visible impact on how our New York office operates. We're a growing global company with offices in London, New York, Singapore, Braga and Bangalore. As we grow, we're committed to keeping the things that make FundApps a great place to work: giving people ownership, encouraging new ideas, being transparent and continuously improving how we work. If you like variety, enjoy making things better and would rather solve a problem than wait for someone else to pick it up, you'll fit in well here.

  • Experience with Operational Finance activities, such as expenses, accounting administration and supplier management.
  • Experience working autonomously, knowing when to make a call, when to involve others and when something needs to be escalated.
  • Practical, thoughtful and comfortable with a broad remit.

  • Enjoys taking ownership, is comfortable working independently and likes finding practical solutions to everyday problems.
