About The Position

Axonius is seeking an onsite Workplace Facilities Manager to lead daily operations and serve as the central nervous system for our Austin, TX office. In this role, you will manage workplace services, vendor relationships, and office logistics to maintain an efficient, high-functioning environment for our sales and marketing teams. You will also drive company culture by executing internal events, facilitating new hire onboarding, and coordinating administrative, financial, and IT needs. This individual will also have the opportunity to support the sales and marketing executive leadership directly.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or equivalent operational role.
  • Professional experience in an executive assistance role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing office inventory, procurement, and operating budgets.
  • Proficiency using workplace management and productivity software, specifically Google Workspace and OfficeSpace.
  • Experience coordinating directly with external service providers, building management, and facility maintenance technicians.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing corporate events ranging from recurring weekly catering to large-scale holiday parties and team off-sites.
  • Experience providing executive-level administrative support and booking corporate travel.
  • Experience partnering with finance departments for expense reporting and budget tracking.
  • Technical familiarity liaising with IT departments for basic equipment troubleshooting and workplace hardware support.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, layout, space planning, visitor registration, and building management coordination—including parking, badge access, and facility maintenance—while serving as the primary contact for all office vendors.
  • Plan and execute recurring and special company events, including customer-facing events, weekly team lunches, quarterly happy hours, holiday parties, and team on-sites, while facilitating new hire onboarding to ensure seamless workplace integration.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to company executives, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling time-sensitive travel arrangements.
  • Track office expenditures and submit expense reports in coordination with the finance department, while liaising with IT to manage office equipment and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
