Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day workplace operations to ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and feels welcoming for employees and guests
  • Coordinate office logistics including vendor management, inventory, supplies, catering, and workspace organization
  • Support internal events, meetings, and team gatherings by managing scheduling, setup, and onsite coordination
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to maintain a seamless employee experience within a high-growth environment
  • Assist with administrative and operational projects as the company continues to scale rapidly
