The Workplace Experience Specialist supports the daily operations and employee experience of the Phoenix office. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming, engaging, and efficient workplace by coordinating office logistics, administrative support, supporting site-based programs, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires. The Specialist partners closely with the onsite Workplace Experience Manager, local leaders, and Phoenix-based employees to bring AssetMark’s culture to life. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate an in-office work schedule and are close to our Phoenix, AZ location.
