About The Position

As a Senior Workplace Experience Manager, you’ll lead a team responsible for building out and operating our new Charlotte office, ensuring a high level of workplace support services are delivered while co‑creating a vibrant, connected community across all business units. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing Capital Group’s presence in Charlotte, helping shape the associate experience from the beginning. This role blends operational excellence with community‑building, ensuring the workplace reflects our culture, values, and high standards as we continue to grow in the region. You’ll own the full workplace lifecycle for the Charlotte site, from initial build‑out and readiness through steady‑state operations, ensuring seamless transitions, thoughtful change management, and consistently high service delivery.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading, coaching, and managing teams responsible for maintaining Class A facilities and delivering core workplace support services for a large, complex organization.
  • Deep experience in facility management, building operations, financial budgeting, vendor management, and business continuity.
  • Practical understanding of building mechanical systems.
  • Energized by environments without a clear playbook.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity, anticipate risks, and guide teams and partners through change with composure, empathy, and diplomacy, particularly in moments of growth, transition, or evolving business needs.
  • Comfort navigating a highly collaborative corporate environment and balancing multiple stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Ability to influence without authority, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align workplace solutions with business priorities while balancing cost, risk, and associate experience.
