The Workplace Experience Meetings & Events Manager creates value by developing and executing an events strategy that advances the clients’ priorities and strengthens the workplace experience. This onsite role leads planning and delivery of meetings and events, including executive engagements, with a focus on hospitality excellence, sound judgment, stewardship, and results. The position goes beyond logistics to include stakeholder partnership, vendor governance, communications, and continuous improvement while maintaining safe working practices throughout event delivery. The role partners with leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver events that reflect the client’s culture, principles, and business objectives. Success in this position requires initiative, confidentiality, and principled decision-making when managing sensitive information, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates contribution-motivated leadership by identifying opportunities, challenging inefficient practices, and building practical governance and service models that improve outcomes over time.
