About The Position

Industrious is hiring a Workplace Experience Manager for its Managed by Industrious brand, which provides workplace operations and hospitality services to major enterprise clients. The manager will be the dedicated, trusted on-site operations and hospitality leader for a single major client, a fast-growing global digital bank, and will own the full employee experience at the client's San Francisco office. The role is hands-on and highly visible, connecting the physical workplace, the client's culture, and its employees. The office serves engineering, technical, and cross-functional teams, with senior executives on site daily. Its hybrid attendance pattern includes busy days with onboarding, visiting teams, and executive visits as well as quieter days. The manager will keep meeting rooms, desks, and shared spaces ready, support collaboration, and help employees navigate the workplace. This is a salaried, full-time, 10-month fixed-term contract with full Industrious benefits. The company anticipates possible opportunities to move into a permanent Industrious role after the term, subject to performance and available roles. The position is based in San Francisco and requires flexibility, comfort with ambiguity, independent problem-solving, and early starts from 7:30 AM. The role combines concierge service, facility and vendor management, food and beverage operations, events and employee engagement, and reinforcement of shared-space and sustainability habits. The base salary is $85,000, depending on experience, skills, and role alignment, with eligibility for a $5,000 bonus upon completion of the 10-month fixed term.
