Workplace Experience Lead

The Workplace Experience Lead at dYdX is responsible for creating an exceptional in-person culture and facilitating relationship building for the team. They will elevate the workplace experience by providing memorable experiences and generating excitement and engagement. Additionally, they will handle day-to-day workplace operations, support onsite/offsite events, and develop strong relationships with property management teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in workplace or office management, with exceptional customer service and attention to detail skills.

• Help build an exceptional in-person culture and facilitate relationship building for the dYdX team
• Elevate the workplace experience by providing memorable experiences and generating excitement and engagement
• Plan weekly in-person team events for NYC and monthly events for the remote team
• Rally and energize the team to be active participants in these events
• Handle day-to-day workplace operations in NYC and San Francisco offices
• Ensure offices are running smoothly and efficiently
• Provide a high level of service to employees
• Support onsite/offsite events as needed
• Develop and manage a strong relationship with on-site property management teams in NYC and SF
• Partner with property management teams for day-to-day activities
• Source and coordinate with appropriate vendors

• 4+ years of experience working in a workplace, office management, or facilities coordinator role
• Ability to create a first-class employee experience
