About the position
The Workplace Experience Lead at dYdX is responsible for creating an exceptional in-person culture and facilitating relationship building for the team. They will elevate the workplace experience by providing memorable experiences and generating excitement and engagement. Additionally, they will handle day-to-day workplace operations, support onsite/offsite events, and develop strong relationships with property management teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in workplace or office management, with exceptional customer service and attention to detail skills.
Responsibilities
- Help build an exceptional in-person culture and facilitate relationship building for the dYdX team
- Elevate the workplace experience by providing memorable experiences and generating excitement and engagement
- Plan weekly in-person team events for NYC and monthly events for the remote team
- Rally and energize the team to be active participants in these events
- Handle day-to-day workplace operations in NYC and San Francisco offices
- Ensure offices are running smoothly and efficiently
- Provide a high level of service to employees
- Support onsite/offsite events as needed
- Develop and manage a strong relationship with on-site property management teams in NYC and SF
- Partner with property management teams for day-to-day activities
- Source and coordinate with appropriate vendors
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in a workplace, office management, or facilities coordinator role
- Ability to create a first-class employee experience
- Exceptional skills in customer service
