Collectors is seeking a temp-to-hire Workplace Experience Associate to work with their small but tactical team and support an office of over 1,500 people as well as external visitors and guests. In this role, the associate will own the reception experience by greeting all employees and guests, answering phone calls and directing to the appropriate party, receiving and sorting mail, and delivering an overall white glove experience. The role reports to the Workplace Manager and is onsite at the Santa Ana, CA headquarters. This is an agency assignment working on a temporary-to-hire basis and requires being onsite 5 days per week.
