About The Position

As a Workplace Experience Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering a world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This role is part of the Workplace Experience function, which focuses on providing exceptional service to clients and visitors.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Proficiency in following basic work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in administrative support and the use of PowerPoint is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Issue visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.
  • Answer telephones professionally, create presentations, and speak to various-sized groups.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of requestors.
  • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders and coordinate workplace services, including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
  • Address inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a professional, customer service-driven manner.
  • Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down rooms, and delivering supplies.
  • Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
  • Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
  • Communicate detailed and/or complicated information within the team, following specific directions from management.
  • Utilize existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion.
