About The Position
Accenture is seeking a Workplace Engineer to lead and deliver modern transformations. The role focuses on designing and delivering telemetry-driven insights by integrating operational, endpoint, network, support, and employee experience data. The engineer establishes KPIs and baselines, identifies trends and root causes, measures service improvements, and enables data-driven decision-making through dashboards and analytics. Travel may be required, varying from 25% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Endpoint Telemetry.
- At least 4 years of experience in AI & Data Solution Architecture, Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- At least 4 years of experience in Digital Experience Design.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if holding an Associate’s Degree, at least 6 years of work experience is required.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

- Previous consulting practice experience.
