This position will investigate internal and external employment discrimination and workplace conduct complaints, including claims filed with state and federal agencies. Collects and analyzes evidence, conducts witness interviews, evaluates claims for legal and policy compliance, and prepares comprehensive investigative reports with recommended actions or resolutions. Reviews District Office submissions for legal sufficiency, tracks investigation status and outcomes, and collaborates with HRO to improve workplace procedures. Monitors changes in federal and state regulations and develops training programs to promote employee awareness and compliance with workplace conduct requirements.
