Partners with banking relationship managers (Business Bank) to identify employee benefits sales opportunities (Defined Contribution, Defined Benefit, NQDC, Equity, Health Benefit Solutions). Coordinates pipeline with RMs, sales teams and advisors. Develops and leverages strategies for client engagement and activities. Responsible for handling direct client inquiries received through client-facing websites. Provides guidance to more junior staff, but has no formal supervisory responsibility.
