Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, facility management, property management, operations, or related client-facing field
  • Exceptional customer service skills with genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for employees and visitors
  • Experience with work order management systems and facility documentation processes
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills and proven track record of excellent internal and external customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional presence and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of privacy and security protocols, vendor management best practices, and service level agreement monitoring

  • Associate or bachelor's degree
  • Commercial real estate or corporate workplace services experience
  • Knowledge of the financial services or technology industry
  • Experience supporting executive-level clients or high-profile corporate environments
  • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish or other languages commonly spoken in New York City)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client employee inquiries, issues, and feedback, building meaningful relationships through visible presence and spending a minimum of two hours daily welcoming employees at reception areas or building entrances
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs of workspaces, conference rooms, mailrooms, and pantries to ensure all areas meet service level agreements and performance standards
  • Greet visitors, manage registration processes, coordinate access badges, and maintain security protocols in accordance with building and client standards while supporting mailroom operations
  • Utilize work order management systems to document findings, report needed repairs, track maintenance completion, and respond to all requests within one business day with personal follow-up
  • Maintain pantries with proper inventory levels of beverages, snacks, and amenities while ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout all workspace areas
  • Provide logistical support for meetings and events including room setup, technology coordination, and catering arrangements that create memorable experiences
  • Serve as primary liaison between JLL, the client, and service vendors, coordinating schedules, overseeing service quality, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with building policies
  • Anticipate needs proactively and collaborate with the account team across all JLL business lines to deliver seamless, integrated service while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
