About The Position

At Fiserv, a successful Workplace Accommodation Professional plays a key role in ensuring our associates have the support and accommodations required to thrive in their roles. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally to manage workplace accommodation requests for our US-based associates. This role requires high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and a thorough understanding of ADA compliance. You will embody our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.

Requirements

4 years of experience in HR, occupational health, or related field.
4 years of experience managing accommodation requests and processes.
4 years of experience in cross-functional collaboration involving HR, Legal, and other departments.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Occupational Health, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Nice To Haves

Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or similar certification.
Experience in a corporate or large organizational setting.
Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of assistive technologies and resources.

Responsibilities

Decision accommodation requests across, ensuring compliance with the ADA.
Collaborate with Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Legal, and other relevant departments to implement accommodations.
Manage the documentation and tracking of accommodation requests and solutions.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding accommodation processes and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive and personal information.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure that accommodations are effectively meeting the needs of employees.
Develop and deliver training sessions on ADA accommodation policies and procedures.
