About The Position

The Accommodation Manager is accountable and responsible for maintaining a safety culture by following all SOP’s, JSA’s, policies and procedures as set out by Target Hospitality. This role provides leadership in financial planning, stewardship, analysis and forecasting. The manager will assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to head office on time. Daily submission of reports such as commissary paperwork, purchasing, receiving, and inventory is required. The role ensures the control and effective utilization of Target Hospitality assets through immediate subordinates. An excellent understanding of Federal, State and Municipal regulations and statutes as it relates to OSHA and an understanding of employment laws is necessary. The manager will ensure the workforce is utilized to its highest potential, develop a solid communication link with staff and customers, and counsel/coach employees as required. The goal is to exceed guest needs by providing world-class customer service. The Accommodation Manager shall attend all safety meetings and participate in TARGET LOGISTICS emergency response procedures. Additional duties may be assigned by the general manager.

Requirements

  • 5+ years management experience
  • Knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office)
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • A team player who can provide support, motivation and encouragement to others
  • Ability and willingness to travel/work long rotations away from home
  • Must be able to pass a background check and urine analysis
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no major violations within the past three years.

  • Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner and submitted to head office per the required timelines.
  • Daily submission of manager reports, such as commissary paperwork, purchasing, receiving, and inventory, etc.
  • Ensure the control and effective utilization of Target Hospitality assets through immediate subordinates.
  • An excellent understanding of Federal, State and Municipal regulations and statutes as it relates to OSHA and an understanding of employment laws.
  • Ensure workforce is utilized to its highest potential.
  • Develop a solid communication link with staff and customers, using a positive favorable image.
  • Counsel/coach employees as required to provide direction on disciplinary matters where appropriate

  • Shall attend all safety meetings and participate in TARGET LOGISTICS emergency response procedures
  • Additional duties may be assigned by general manager
